  • Eligibility Details

    Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations in the Greater Saint Paul area of Minnesota. This includes organizations based in Dakota, Ramsey, or Washington Counties, with a particular emphasis on organizations serving those who live or work in the city of Saint Paul.

    Deadline Details

    Round 2 applications were to be submitted by August 9, 2023. Round 1 applications for 2024 are anticipated to open in early January.

    Similar application windows are anticipated annually.
