    Summary

The IDA Rocky Mountain Branch provides Assistive Technology* grants to schools! Grants will be awarded to accredited Colorado, Utah and Wyoming K-12 educational institutions for assistive technology devices, services, and teacher training for students with dyslexia, language, and literacy challenges. Grants must be used for educational purposes. The aim of the IDA-RMB AT Grant is to provide funds for K-12 institutions to pilot assistive technology programs for their dyslexic population. Although the grant is offered yearly, it can not be awarded to the same program two years in a row. The foundation hopes that the successes shown by the pilot will give schools the data needed to secure more permanent funding.
