    Summary

JPMorgan Chase is combining its business and policy expertise, capital and data to advance four universal pillars of opportunity: jobs and skills, small business expansion, neighborhood revitalization and financial health.

JPMorgan Chase's model for impact focuses on four strategic drivers of inclusive growth and reflects what we believe are the essential ingredients for creating lasting impact for our communities, customers and employees. We are putting this model into action through significant, long-term and data-driven investments in communities around the world.

    • Jobs and Skills: Their efforts focus on populations most at risk of getting left behind as technological developments change industries and career pathways. They are leveraging the best of their business — including data and analysis, deep industry insights and human capital — to support workers around the world.
    • Small Business Expansion: Support and scale innovative efforts to expand opportunities for underserved entrepreneurs.
    • Neighborhood Revitalization: Focused on catalyzing locally driven solutions to cultivate opportunity-rich neighborhoods where diverse individuals and families at all income levels can live.
    • Financial Health: They are working closely with community organizations to address the unique financial needs of people who too often get left behind in a growing economy – including low-income women, immigrants, people of color and the aging. By supporting the development of innovative fintech tools, expanding financial coaching programs and supporting our nonprofit partners, they are helping more people achieve financial stability and meet their long-term financial goals.
